Project Update
Great to see how well Rick Roberts Way, in Statford is coming along. Rick Roberts Way is a cladding remediation project to ensure resident of this residential building are safe and is part of the Government Building Safety Programme. Rick Roberts Way has also been announced as a winning project in the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2024🏆 Well done to all involved.

Project Update
The scaffolding is starting to drop at The Sloop, revealing the Ash & Lacy aluminium cladding & the Sto Ltd. render. This development in Poole, Dorset consists of 77 both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, replacing The Sloop pub. The Sloop has been designed sensitively to fit in with the local surroundings.
Project Update
It’s great to see the replacement facades being exposed as the scaffolding drops at the Hexagon in Erith, Kent. This project has consisted of replacing the existing non-compliant materials with Wetherby Insulated Render, Brickslip, Rockpanel & Vitradual.
New Project!
Regency Facades are happy to announce a new project we have secured at Frimley Park Hospital, managed by Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and, part of the governments New Hospital Programme which replaces some of the building built with RAAC. We will be supplying and installing the Rockpanel Fs-Extra panels & SFS to the new Diagnostic and Imaging Centre onto the prefabricated units by Modern Methods of Construction specialist MTX Contracts Ltd.
