Project Update: Arta House, Stylus House, and Ikon House – Remediation and Recladding in London
At Regency Facades, we’re proud to be delivering vital recladding and remedial works across three residential buildings in Central London: Arta House, Stylus House, and Ikon House. This complex project is being carried out in partnership with GPF Lewis and is progressing on schedule despite the added challenge of all three buildings remaining fully occupied throughout the works. This is a full strip-and-reclad programme, carefully managed to remove all non-compliant cladding and replace it with A-rated, regulation-compliant systems — a key part of our mission to create safer, more efficient, and more attractive buildings for modern living. Exciting Update
We are delighted to share that our project, The Sloop, Poole, is in its final stages, and the results are nothing short of exceptional. Regency Facades have designed, supplied and installed all SFS elements. These have included load bearing to the top floor, insulated render, Deco profiles and aluminium cladding.
