Rebuilding Trust Through Facade Remediation: Rick Roberts Way, Stratford
Cladding remediation is about more than replacing materials. It is about restoring safety, accountability, and long-term assurance for residents and building owners. At Rick Roberts Way in Stratford, part of the Government Building Safety Programme, Regency Facades completed a full strip-and-reclad package that brought the building in line with evolving fire regulations. Working on an occupied residential block, the team removed multiple legacy systems and installed compliant ceramic granite, aluminium, and timber-effect cladding, along with updated spandrel panels and fire barriers.
