The course covers modern facade systems, key performance criteria, and the standards that shape compliant design. When facade specialists are brought in too late, costs rise, risks increase, and programmes come under pressure. Engaging a facade contractor at RIBA Stage 2 or 3 gives architects and project managers clearer budgets, buildable details, and a more reliable programme. With early input on system choice, compliance, and coordination, Regency Facades helps project teams avoid rework, protect design intent, and deliver safer, better performing building envelopes. Rebuilding Trust Through Facade Remediation: Rick Roberts Way, Stratford

Cladding remediation is about more than replacing materials. It is about restoring safety, accountability, and long-term assurance for residents and building owners. At Rick Roberts Way in Stratford, part of the Government Building Safety Programme, Regency Facades completed a full strip-and-reclad package that brought the building in line with evolving fire regulations. Working on an occupied residential block, the team removed multiple legacy systems and installed compliant ceramic granite, aluminium, and timber-effect cladding, along with updated spandrel panels and fire barriers.
