At Regency Facades, we’re proud to be delivering vital recladding and remedial works across three residential buildings in Central London: Arta House, Stylus House, and Ikon House. This complex project is being carried out in partnership with GPF Lewis and is progressing on schedule despite the added challenge of all three buildings remaining fully occupied throughout the works.
This is a full strip-and-reclad programme, carefully managed to remove all non-compliant cladding and replace it with A-rated, regulation-compliant systems — a key part of our mission to create safer, more efficient, and more attractive buildings for modern living.
