Regency Facades are currently working on Orchard Wharf in London. Our works include the design, supply and installation of Stofix Brickslip panels, Aluminium rainscreen cladding and PPC Aluminium soffits to the balconies. Orchard Wharf is a fantastic project to add to our portfolio and we look forward to commencing on site in October this year.
Orchard Wharf is a mixed-use development and comprises of two main buildings totalling more than 3,600 square metres. The first, a 23 Storey Tower and the other a Stepped Block of 20, 17, 14, 11 and 8 storeys linked by a 2 storey podium. The development comprises of 338 properties and has a vast selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Residents will be able to enjoy the on-site café, retail facility and the residents lounge.
