Recladding Works at Frimley Park Hospital: Supporting the NHS New Hospital Programme
Regency Facades is proud to have completed a key re-cladding project at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, supporting the wider NHS New Hospital Programme. The initiative, led by Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, is part of a government-backed effort to replace areas of hospital infrastructure constructed using RAAC (reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete).
As part of the works, our team delivered full design, supply, and installation services for the new Diagnostic and Imaging Centre, working in close partnership with MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) specialist MTX Contracts Ltd. The building was delivered using prefabricated modular units, and we installed high-performance Rockpanel FS-Extra panels alongside a complete steel framing system (SFS).
Our scope included ensuring compliance with stringent NHS fire safety requirements and achieving a seamless integration of the facade into the modular structure, providing both durability and aesthetic continuity.
This project is a strong example of how Regency Facades continues to collaborate with trusted partners to provide safe, modern, and compliant facade solutions within the healthcare sector.
