Regency Facades is working with GPF Lewis at Monument Court, Stevenage, delivering facade remediation works across three occupied residential blocks comprising over 200 apartments. Following our successful collaboration at ASI, Shadwell, Regency was brought in early to assist the GPF Lewis team, playing a pivotal role in progressing the scheme through design and carrying out the facade design issued to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

The works involve stripping non-compliant fire-rated products and replacing them with compliant facade systems while the buildings remain occupied. Over an approximate 60-week programme, Regency’s scope includes Swiss Pearl panels, insulated render, zinc, spandrel panels, sheathing board, copings and decking, delivered with careful planning, clear communication and the live-environment remediation experience needed to minimise disruption for residents.
