The project in Erith, Kent is an occupied residential building and our work consisted of replacing the existing combustible Façade treatments with 3500m2 of Wetherby Mineral Insulated Render, 820m2 of Wetherby Brickslip, 670m2 of secret fixed Rockpanel, 350m2 of Vulcan Vitradual & remedial work to the SFS.
