Securing a project which involved a great team effort from all departments is always very satisfying.
The project in Erith, Kent is an occupied residential building and our work consists of replacing the existing combustible Façade treatments with 3500m2 of Wetherby Mineral Insulated Render, 820m2 of Wetherby Brickslip, 670m2 of secret fixed Rockpanel, 350m2 of Vulcan Vitradual & remedial work to the SFS.
Design and initial remedial works started in October 21 with a planned 35-week programme. We’re all looking forward to continue working on another successful project and completing the number 1 goal, having a happy and satisfied client!
