The development comprises of 3 tower blocks. 2 blocks will become residential apartments, housing a mixture of 429 studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments. The remaining tower will become a new four star Hilton hotel.
The hotel will accommodate 189 guest rooms, including 12 suites, a ballroom and meeting room space. The complex will also over retail space including a new Flagship Mark and Spencer store, medical center and two public plazas.
Regency Facades have recently installed the copings to both of the tower blocks and continuing works throughout the project.
