Regency Facades Limited formed with the intention of becoming the markets leading facade specialist for the South. Initially providing specialist advice to the construction industry, Regency have developed in line with our outline strategy and now provide the full design, supply and installation service. Specialists in all types of facade systems including rainscreen cladding, steel framing systems, insulated render and insulated wall panelling, our extensive knowledge and professionalism enables us to add significant value to every project. Our in-house design capabilities afford us the opportunity to offer both standard and bespoke solutions in order to satisfy the project requirements.

Meet the Directors
The 3 directors of the business have operated at the highest level within the industry, and with our senior management we have in excess of 95 years combined experience in the consultant, main contractor and sub-contractor sectors. Our unique proficiency and dedication to achieving excellence, together with our transparent and collaborative approach, results in us exceeding our client’s expectations.
Adam Knight
Managing Director
With over 20 years experience within the Façade sector, Adam has a rare understanding of all technical, commercial and operational activities. His commitment and attention to detail allows in depth and accurate project planning, ensuring all key risks are identified and mitigated as far as reasonably practicable.
Having worked on facade projects ranging in value from £100,000 to over £25m he has had significant exposure to all construction related activities. Adams knowledge and proficiency in production of Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Assurance requirements ensures Regency Facades maintain their market leading operational efficiency.
Martin Leekblade
Pre-Construction Director
Over 30 years’ experience within the Cladding and Façade predominately specialising from early cost analysis and product selection through to programming and logistic advise. Martins main focus has always been the clients needs and making sure that he listens to their exact requirements and this is passed onto the rest of the team ensuring that everybody designing and building the Facade also fully understand the clients needs and aspirations. There’s nothing more satisfying then building a successful relationship with a client that evolves into a working partnership moving from project to project.
Peter Rich
Commercial Director
Peter spent the majority of his career in Main Contracting before specialising in the façade
sector. Peter's experience allows Regency Facades a unique perspective on our clients
priorities, requirements and deliverables.
Through transparency, collaboration and respect, the commercial departments priority is to
ensure our clients are kept well informed of any potential or actual matters affecting the
project.

Head Office is based in Hampshire and covers projects right across the South of England and the South of Wales, and predominantly have a large presence in London.
