Orchard Place, Southampton
Regency Facades worked directly with the managing agent to replace the combustible cladding to these occupied residential apartments. These were replaced by 250m2 of face fixed Rockclad Extreme and was fully signed off by the fire engineers and building control.
Both the client, Lambert Hampton & Smith, and the residents of the building have commended us for the work that has been carried out and are over the moon with our proactive approach towards the replacement cladding throughout.
